4. Fooey is a favorite of both celebrities and their kids. A favorite of Rocco (Madonna / Guy Ritchie) and Ryder (Kate Hudson); these tees are also reasonably priced. Hurry and hit their big $5 sale!
5. Celebrity kids love fashion as much as their parents. The demand for mini-me clothing brought about the junior editions of the brands loved by mom and dad. Lourdes or Brooklyn (Beckham) in Armani Junior, D&G Junior (Dolce & Gabbana), Burberry or this beautiful dress by Chloe.
6. Maddox is one of the coolest looking kids in Hollywood and nearly every time we see him on the newsstand he is dressed in an Inky Dink tee. Your little man can look just as fabulous as Maddox with this $28 tee that is reminiscent of our childhood video games.
7. These unbelievable playhouses from Daniels Woodland range from $7500 to $21k and up. The playhouses are built over a real hollowed out log, have a trap door, swing and windows. They are loved by the children of the Beckhams, Clint Eastwood, and Vanessa Williams.
8. Several celebrity children are given fully functioning mini-Porches and Ferraris which come with a price tag of several thousand dollars (Collin Farrell’s son has a $40k mini Ferrari equipped with leather interior, a DVD player and runs on diesel fuel!). We thought this Enzo Ferrari Replica might be more in your league (only a mere $600), found at Pedalcarsandretro.com.

Celebrity Moms We Love

tot trends weeklyCelebrity watchers know them by first name – Angelina, Britney, Katie, Reese, and Gwen. They are the celebrity moms that have made motherhood stylish and fashionable. In our celebrity obsessed culture, we follow them and their children like old friends. Relishing in their glories and cringing at their missteps.

Today’s celebrity moms are hot news. We watch for the slight hint of a baby bump, follow every step of their pregnancies, and delight in their birth announcements. We covet their post-baby bodies and buy the same diaper bag that they were seen toting.

What’s with this fascination? People love to share something in common with these high profiles stars. We may not wear designer duds and walk down the red carpet, but we can share the experience of pregnancy and parenthood. We love to see these moms doing many of the same things we do each day. Daily chores seem just a little less mundane when we can share them with these glamorous moms. Whether it’s shopping, playing at the park, taking in a game, or doing carpool (with a crowd of photographers in tow) we love to experience it with them. Even better, this new breed of celebrity parent has found a way to make motherhood cool.

We gush over photos of Jennifer Garner feeding the geese with daughter Violet, Heidi Klum playing in the sandbox with her three tiny tots, and Angelina Jolie taking son Maddox to the bookstore. Surburban moms everywhere develop stroller envy over the latest gear sported by Gwen Stefani, Katie Holmes, and Marcia Cross as they run their daily errands. We relate to busy working moms Sarah Jessica Parker, Reese Witherspoon, and Julianne Moore as they walk their kids to school.

Today’s celebrity parents have found a way to blend parenting with the ultra-cool celebrity lifestyle. Angelina Jolie enjoys ice cream in Central Park with the kids one day and hops a helicopter to an exclusive party in the Hamptons the next. Tina Fey appeared on The Tonight Show and talked about her TV show and potty training without skipping a beat. Of course, celebrity moms do have the benefit of nannies, exclusive daycares, trainers, nutritionists, and stylists to help them keep looking celebrity mom glamorous.

We may not get to experience the glamour ourselves, but we can live vicariously through these stylish moms. Thanks to a new crop of celebrity moms -- Naomi Watts, Bridget Moynahan, Nicole Richie -- it doesn’t look like the celebrity mom trend will go away anytime soon.

This Week's Mom Tips

tot trends weekly Cleaning Tip: Use cotton balls dipped in bleach to remove mildew from the corners of the tub. Just let them sit and when you are finished cleaning the bathroom, remove the cotton and rinse.

Time Saving Tip: Don’t Let The Housework Pile Up! By doing a little each day you wont have to spend an entire day of your week cleaning.

Financial Tip: As mom always said, turn out the light when you leave a room. This small gesture cuts down on your annual electricity bill.

Sanity Saving Tip: Let calls go to voicemail! Phone interruptions cause you to become distracted from your to do list or spending quality time with your kids. By returning phone calls at your convenience you can get your list done and cut down on chatter time.
